All orders placed before 4:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.
All orders placed after this time will go out the following business day.
No orders will be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
*There will be no shipping on government holidays when the post office is closed. There will also be no shipping during inclement weather*

Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
